Refund policy

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase! Within 30 days of delivery, we will gladly authorize an exchange or provide an online credit once we receive the item(s) back in unused, resellable condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.


Returns and exchanges can be requested by emailing help@rocksinourpockets.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 48 business hours confirming your request and providing instructions on how to proceed. Please note we do not provide return shipping labels, you are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us, however we will cover the cost to ship out any replacement items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item. If the returned items are found to have been used, or otherwise in unsellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange. Please note we are a small business and do not provide refunds unless item is defective and we are unable to provide a replacement.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 30 days, as above), including your order number and a description of the issue with a photo if possible, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Once approved, we’ll happily replace the item for you or provide you with a refund if the product is no longer available. Refunds will be to your original method of payment and will be received within a few days depending on your particular card issuer’s policies.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of gift cards or sale items.

Made-to-order items including wallpapers and decals are produced especially for you to your specifications and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. (In the unlikely circumstance that your product is defective, your statutory right will not be affected)

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
