Processing time
Orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and Canadian holidays. We are a tiny team, so at times there may be delays if we are experiencing high order volumes. Rest assured we are doing our best to get your purchases to you, and will keep you up to date if there will be a significant delay in order shipment.
Customs, Taxes and Duties
The customer is responsible for all customs, taxes and fees applied to the order after shipping.
Damages
Rocks in our Pockets Kids Ltd. is not responsible for any products lost or damaged in transit. If your order has been damaged during shipping, please contact Canada Post or the shipping service you chose to file a claim. Email us and we'll do our best to help! Remember to save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Local Pickup
Local Vancouver customers are also welcome to pick up their order free charge by selecting local pickup and we will advise where to meet.
Shipping to USA
Ugh. Tariffs. Unfortunately you will be responsible for any additional costs associated with importing into the USA.
International shipping (outside Canada and the USA)
Shipping costs for orders outside of Canada are calculated at the checkout. International shipping time may vary with destination. Please note shipping times are unpredictable at the best of times.
